Job Title: Sr. Manager, Training & Quality The Sr. Manager, Training & Quality oversees the effective management of Training and Quality teams to ensure that processes consistently meet client expectations. This role is responsible for executing departmental responsibilities, including data analysis, measurement reviews, reporting, and providing recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing operations across multiple countries and be able to provide strategic leadership for short to medium-term quality compliance goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement tactical and operational plans to achieve quality compliance goals. - Review quality data to ensure products and processes meet regulatory standards. - Collaborate with business leads to align training programs with critical business priorities. - Implement quality control and continuous improvement processes to maintain training content and delivery mechanisms. Requirements: - 5+ years of quality experience. - 3+ years of training experience. - 5+ years of management experience. - Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies. - Advanced English communication skills.
