This role will be part of the Global Services Finance team in the Enterprise & Employees Financial Services process area. The organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services, and compliance—in a J&J; way—to our Operating Companies around the world. Position Summary The position will be part of the Capability center in Bogota. The Analyst role requires strong HR or Finance operation experience focused on high levels of timeliness, accuracy, and compliance. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for consistently delivering assigned tasks and responsibilities for LATAM and CENCA countries. This includes review, validation, and analysis of results and reports. You will also facilitate incident and change management, support continuous improvement initiatives, project deliverables, and system upgrades, following J&J; Global Services tools, procedures, and guidelines. Strong collaboration, adaptability, and time-management skills are critical. Key Responsibilities - Strong experience in Labor legislation for Colombia. - Support multi-country payroll operations ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements. - Execute tasks and deliverables for project activities initiated by Payroll GPO, Global Services, and other entities. - Conduct User Acceptance Testing and verify system changes. - Perform reporting and reconciliation. - Maintain a high level of detail orientation and meet deadlines. - Ensure processes comply with SOX, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. - Maintain confidentiality and data protection in line with policies and regulations. - Update and maintain payroll process documentation. - Identify and suggest continuous improvement and automation opportunities. - Support cross-functional projects with payroll dependencies. - Resolve payroll-related inquiries. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. - Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or Finance operations. - Knowledge of SAP desirable. - Payroll processing knowledge preferred. - Experience with payments to third-party entities, AFC, FVOL, social security, and taxes. - Strong English communication skills required. - Research and problem-solving skills required. - Ability to execute tactically, adapt quickly, and handle operational challenges independently. - Cultural awareness and ability to work across multiple markets. - Experience with leading payroll providers and systems (e.g., ADP, KPMG, NGA, SDWorx, SAP, Workday) preferred. - Experience in multinational companies or shared services preferred. - Knowledge of Desktop Procedures and compliance requirements (SOX, Business Controls) required.
