Responsibilities: Maintains and updates the employees’ appearance records; Trains employees on appearance requirements; Recommends and follows the implementation of appearance changes requested by employees or by the company; Reviews the image of each new employee before their first studio performances; Creates and updates specific guides, written materials and procedures regarding appearance; Participates in visual tests for different types of uniforms, decorations, hairstyles or make-up; Coordinates appearance activities such as: launching new types of uniforms, replacing a type of uniform, decorating studios for events; Communicates relevant information regarding appearance on specialized communication channels.
