About the Role: This senior leadership role defines and completes Diageo's consumer digital strategy, orchestrating the full end-to-end digital journey across all owned, earned, and paid digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: - Digital Consumer Experience & Ecosystem Design: Architect and optimize the digital consumer ecosystem across web, apps, content hubs, and emerging touchpoints. - Media & Performance Marketing: Lead digital media planning, buying, and optimization across platforms (e.g., Meta, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic, retail media). - Data Strategy & Personalization: Define and complete our consumer data strategy — from acquisition and enrichment to segmentation and activation. - Capability Building & Governance: Institutionalize the use of Diageo's global tools and systems (Catalyst, Sensor, Paid Media Sufficiency, Marketing M&E;) across all brand teams. - Digital Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of digital, consumer, and technology trends. Champion innovation, pilot new platforms and tools, and embed digital thinking into the DNA of our brand building and cultural activations. To be successful, you will need 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, media strategy, and performance measurement ideally within CPG, retail, or digital-first environments. You will have a proven track record leading digital acceleration and transformation across multi-brand portfolios. Strong critical thinking skills, linking digital activity to commercial outcomes and brand equity are essential. Deep expertise in performance marketing channels (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic, SEO/SEM, retail media) and exceptional cross-functional leadership and collaborator management are required. A collaborative, entrepreneurial approach with a passion for innovation, creativity, and consumer obsession is crucial.
