We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in financial modeling, deal execution, accounting review, and market analysis, supporting senior bankers across various M&A and strategic advisory projects. Key Responsibilities: Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build financial models based on historical data to support company valuations, forecasts, and strategic planning. Accounting Review: Analyze financial statements with a strong understanding of GAAP to ensure accuracy and compliance. Market & Industry Research: Conduct research on companies, industries, and markets to inform financial models and strategies. Deal Support: Assist in transaction processes, including creating pitch decks, due diligence, and stakeholder communication. General Support: Prepare client presentations, take notes, track action items, and coordinate client interactions. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, consulting, or M&A. Preferably experience in investment banking on M&A transactions. Alternatively, experience in consulting, accounting (Big 4), or corporate development related to M&A.
