Compensation & Benefit Analyst The Job at a Glance We are seeking a Compensation & Benefit Analyst to collaborate with our HR teams on compensation projects and maintain best practices. Key objectives for this role include overseeing provider compensation, productivity, and related processes. What You'll Do - Manage compensation and benefit programs through compliance, consistency, and sustainability. - SUPPORTS JOB ARCHITECTURE IN WORKDAY WITH PEOPLE OPERATIONS TEAM. - Perform fair market value valuation process, including benchmarks, audits, and policy updates. - Analyze cost models and provide recommendations for modifications. - Manage incentive payments and process payments and invoices. - Communicate and process one-time bonuses with HR and Payroll. - Manage contract lifecycle for providers. - Prepare compensation reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. About You - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration. - Minimum 2 years of experience managing Compensation and Benefit Programs in a healthcare setting. - Advanced knowledge of Compensation: job architecture, pricing, incentive plans, and HRIS workflows. - Knowledge of state and federal regulatory impacts related to Compensation and Benefit programs. - Workday HCM experience is considered a plus. - Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite Programs. - Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data issues and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and build relations while being flexible to adapt to change.
