Responsibilities: - Ensuring the entire selection process for tech roles, ensuring an efficient hiring experience. - Ability to create and work with indicators and interest in using artificial intelligence seeking even greater quality in processes. - Providing support for people-related demands, fostering a positive work environment. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet the constantly evolving demands of business growth, actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department. - Working closely with clients to define and implement effective strategies to attract individuals who align with the organizational culture and values of the company.
