The responsibilities include: Support full cycle of recruitment for various roles, including entry level roles; Liaise with legal and accounting to ensure all legal processes and documents are handled in a timely manner; Be accountable and responsible for the complete HR administration function and cycle, ensuring that all processes and data are maintained with a focus on enhancement and development. Inclusive but not limited to: Creating and updating contracts and personnel folders; Database and internal systems upkeep; Sick leave and leave processing; Disciplinary meetings and documentation; Policies and procedures; Understanding needs and requirements and acting as a supporting function for staff; Updating internal procedures alongside the dynamic changes of operations; Supporting studio employees with all HR-related matters; Developing proposals for job productivity and efficiency increase; Creating and developing meaningful relationships with all members of staff, acting as a communication portal and hub for information sharing; Participating in HR Department projects; Scheduling and communicating medical appointments; Handling medical leave processes, including validation, reimbursement, and record-keeping; Processing social security affiliations and necessary paperwork. Qualifications 6 months to 1 year of experience working in Human Resources; Higher academic or professional education in the Human Resources area or similar; or last year students; Execution of job duties requires excellent knowledge of English B2-C1 (written and spoken); This is a site position; we require you to be available to work from our sites in Medellin.
