*$7500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time* BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for full-time, part-time, or per diem home health visits in Howard County, Maryland. Candidates must have at least one year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist. Availability to see patients between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, is required. Performing diagnostic tests such as mobility, joint range, stability, ambulation patterns, muscle strength, endurance, balance, and safety assessments. Implementing wound care interventions with evidence-based dressings and topical agents. Developing and implementing individualized care plans, including manual therapy, gait training, and balance exercises. Assessing and revising care plans, collaborating with nursing staff as needed. Educating clients and families on rehabilitative activities to promote health and independence. Documenting observations and interventions accurately using electronic tablets. Qualifications: Current Maryland Physical Therapist license. Minimum of one year recent clinical experience as a PT. Graduation from an APTA-approved program. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficiency with computers; prior EMR experience preferred.
