That's why we're expanding our Customer Success department and looking for a Customer Success Manager (Spanish Speaker) . Our mission is to ensure our customers are highly satisfied, and we are seeking a strong relationship-builder to join our team and take care of our Latin American clients. Within the Customer Success department, you will find Customer Success Managers, Product Specialists, Digital Media Specialists, and Onboarding Specialists, located in Sweden, Finland, Spain, France, Colombia, Canada, the US, and New Zealand. Your key responsibilities will be to: - Implement and onboard new customers. - Help our customers unlock the full potential of Teamtailor, including marketplace integrations, best practices, and training opportunities. - Act as a strategic advisor and goal-oriented partner for our customers. - Proactively work on renewals. - Build strong relationships with clients. - Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through expansion, upselling, and cross-selling. - Monitor customer accounts to identify churn risk and actively work to prevent it. - Collect and analyze customer feedback and present insights internally. - Collaborate to develop and improve customer satisfaction strategies.
