In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to help guide strategic decisions across operations, marketing, and finance. This position is ideal for someone passionate about using data to drive performance, especially in the food & beverage or retail industry. Key Responsibilities Data Collection & Analysis Analyze store performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Design and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making across departments. Monitor key metrics related to sales, product performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency. Reporting & Insights Develop regular and ad hoc reports for leadership and cross-functional teams. Translate data into clear, actionable insights to support initiatives in marketing, finance, and operations. Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and pricing analysis. System & Tool Management Work with POS and third-party platforms (e.g., Lightspeed, Uber Eats) to extract, clean, and analyze data. Support integrations and troubleshoot data discrepancies between platforms. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with store managers, marketing, finance, and operations teams to provide analytical support for campaigns, promotions, and strategic projects. Analyze food costs, margins, and profitability of key menu items. Who You Are Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics within food & beverage, retail, or a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau). Experience with SQL and data cleaning. Familiarity with POS systems and delivery platforms is a plus. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data to non-technical stakeholders. Highly organized and self-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Additional Requirements Advanced English (C1/C2) for effective internal and external communication. Valid U.S. visa and availability for occasional travel.
