We're seeking a Technical Support Engineer with deep expertise to help us push the boundaries of what's possible in construction technology. We're seeking a highly technical Support Engineer to join our team in Colombia. In this role, you'll serve as Tier 2 technical support, diagnosing complex issues across our full technology stack, implementing solutions, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional technical assistance. This is a hands-on technical position where you'll have the opportunity to directly impact product stability and customer satisfaction.
