Regional and Global partnership for the alignment of the Bayer Customer Experience Strategy. Develop dashboard visibility of Service as Measure by the customer. Guide and partner with business and Service Delivery Management to develop continuously functional competencies of local and SSCDN to exceed customer expectations. Deliver all the O2C operative needs meeting the area and business targets, focusing on deliver the efficiency and service expected by the customers Operative support and steering in the execution of all O2C and Business Needs, also be a key contact for the daily operational needs between SCM and the service provider Coordinate with Supply Chain and the service provider to make sure process and invoices are being sent according to customers’ requirements. Consolidation of orders from the Caribbean in the MEND for Supply Chain Analysis. Observaciones Adicionales University professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Managementor equivalent. MBA or Project Management Post-graduate studies. 5 Years of experience in O2C, Customer Service , knowledge of Logistics, Supply Chain, Distribution and deep understanding of end-to-end order- to-cash operations with particular focus on customer services. Project Management and SAP desirable. Experience in demand and measure of service leve (desired) Advanced English speaker. Influencing & Negotiation.
