Mission of Confident LIMS: "Empower analytical labs to thrive by making complex workflows simple, seamless, and client-focused.” What makes you a strong candidate: You are expert in data analytics, PostgreSQL, and SQL. You are proficient in AWS, cloud computing, and Metabase. Responsibilities and requirements: 3+ years of experience as a data analyst/data scientist using SQL. Expertise in building high-performance, efficient SQL queries and data models in Metabase. Excellent attention to detail, consistently delivering high-quality work on time. Ability to work independently and asynchronously in a remote team to meet deadlines with minimal oversight. General responsibilities include: Leading the development of data models, databases, and dashboards to be used within Client’s software and by third parties, utilizing AWS, PostgreSQL, Metabase, and React. Scope of work includes: Building new "Simplified Models" (or tables) for querying via Metabase. Creating dashboards for Basic and Pro plans, querying the new models for authenticated customers’ data. Specific tasks: For Labs: approximately 5-10 queries for Starter / Basic Plan. For Clients: approximately 5-10 queries for Basic Plan. - Developing a "Public Database" with aggregated, anonymized data for use in Premium Plan queries and sharing with third-party researchers on a case-by-case basis. - Building Premium plan dashboards that join customer data with benchmark data, enabling users to compare their data with aggregated data (approximately 10-20 queries).
