About The Role We’re looking for a Sr. Visual Designer with strong experience in UI/UX design, email marketing, and packaging to lead and execute creative strategy across all customer touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Lead creative direction for digital and physical experiences (website, emails, packaging, etc.) Oversee UI/UX improvements to optimize the customer journey Design or supervise the design of marketing emails. Lead packaging design that aligns with the brand and enhances unboxing experience Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment Manage internal and external designers or agencies as needed Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices Requirements 3+ years of experience in a creative leadership role Strong background in UI/UX, graphic design, email marketing, and packaging Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Klaviyo or similar Previous experience working with e-commerce brands is required Advanced English skills (written and spoken) Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience working remotely and across time zones is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
