IT Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary Position) We are seeking an IT Recruiter to lead the recruitment process for software development profiles. As an IT Recruiter at Applaudo, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet our company's growing needs. Your expertise in technical recruitment and your ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers will be crucial to our success. You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field 2+ years of professional recruitment experience, preferably in technical roles Proficiency in leveraging social media, resume databases, and professional networks to source candidates Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, utilizing diverse interview techniques and evaluation methods English: Full Professional Proficiency You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: Develop long-term recruiting strategies and foster trusting relationships with potential hires, ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans. Design and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies tailored to technical roles. Plan and execute interview and selection procedures for various positions, including screening calls, assessments, technical tests, and in-person interviews. Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and technical specialists, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
