We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with extensive knowledge and experience in designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow Platform. Key Responsibilities Manage project processes including platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, effort estimation, and advanced development. Participate in and occasionally lead Scrum meetings. Translate requirements and mock-ups into functional features, collaborating closely with the implementation team. Ensure high-quality technical development and configuration, guiding junior/mid-level developers. Follow ServiceNow best practices for technical design within projects. Provide timely updates to Project Lead for effective customer communication. Contribute to improving delivery processes and maturing portfolios and capabilities. Fill technical or process roles as needed. Lead, mentor, and develop assigned resources. Assist in scoping new opportunities and designing tools for efficient delivery. Act as the final escalation point for technical decisions. Support HR in technical interviews and recruitment processes. Necessary Skills and Experience Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in technical consulting roles. Experience working on the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM). Experience with two additional product lines outside of ITSM. Advanced English proficiency. Knowledge of ITIL; Foundation level preferred. Post-graduate studies in software-related topics are a plus. Why Cognizant?
