About the Role: Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization Our Shared Service Center plays a crucial role in supporting our markets by delivering high-quality services. Financial Planning and Analysis (F P&A; ) is integral to our business operating rhythm, providing insightful data and analysis to drive long-term sustainable performance. Our team plays a pivotal role in shaping our financial future, ensuring every decision aligns with our overarching business objectives . The FP&A; Manager is responsible for supporting Business Performance Management (BPM) processes by providing data-driven analysis and insights. This role ensures financial data is accurately compiled, analyzed, and reported to support decision-making. The FP&A; Manager collaborates with various stakeholders to drive BPM processes, delivering meaningful insights that contribute to our financial strategy and performance. Key Responsibilities - Support the execution of BPM processes, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reports. - Collect, consolidate , and analyze financial data to generate actionable insights that support decision-making processes. - Prepare and deliver financial reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management, ensuring information is relevant and timely . - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather vital data and validate financial assumptions. - Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement to drive efficiency and cost savings. - Support the implementation of process automation and standardization efforts within the FP&A; function. - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans. - Supervise and report key performance indicators (critical metrics) to supervise the financial health and performance of the organization. - Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies during the execution of BPM processes. Key Performance Indicators - P&L; and Cash forecast accuracy - Timely and accurate reporting - Correct business partnering with collaborators - Deliver process improvements - Delivery of Annual Operating Plan Key Relationships - Finance Team: Collaborates closely to gather, validate , and analyze financial data. - Business Unit Managers: Works with managers across various business units to collect data and provide financial insights to support business decisions. - Senior Manage rs : Presents financial reports, forecasts, and insights, offering support for strategic planning and decision-making. The Power Skills You Bring - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data. - Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP). - Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial insights to stakeholders at all levels. - Experience in BPM processes and financial analysis. - Planning and forecasting - Understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems. - Data & technological literacy - Creative thinking and Analytical thinking - P roactive approach to problem-solving . - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Adaptability to change. - C an work under pressure with minimum supervision. - Curiosity and lifelong learning - Motivation and self-awareness Requirements - Education: Degree educated and part qualified - studying for a professional financial qualification. - Experience : 5 or more years proved experience i n a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment. - Language: English Professional working proficiency Diversity Statement: We celebrate diversity in the broadest sense.
