The FP&A; Manager is responsible for supporting Business Performance Management (BPM) processes by providing data-driven analysis and insights. This role ensures financial data is accurately compiled, analyzed, and reported to support decision-making. The FP&A; Manager collaborates with various stakeholders to drive BPM processes, delivering meaningful insights that contribute to our financial strategy and performance. Key Responsibilities - Support the execution of BPM processes, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reports. - Collect, consolidate , and analyze financial data to generate actionable insights that support decision-making processes. - Prepare and deliver financial reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management, ensuring information is relevant and timely . - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather vital data and validate financial assumptions. - Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement to drive efficiency and cost savings. - Support the implementation of process automation and standardization efforts within the FP&A; function. - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans. - Supervise and report key performance indicators (critical metrics) to supervise the financial health and performance of the organization. - Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies during the execution of BPM processes.
