Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Delivery: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, challenges, and objectives. Analyze business needs and design customized solutions to address specific pain points. Create and present solution demonstrations and proofs of concept to stakeholders. Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales cycle. Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and solution specifications. Conduct presentations and workshops to showcase the capabilities of products and services. Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on the organization's products, services, and technologies. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Provide guidance on product configuration, integration, and customization. Client Engagement and Consulting: Build strong relationships with clients to gain trust and understand their strategic priorities. Offer consulting services to advise on best practices and optimize solution deployment. Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the solution lifecycle. Collaboration and Communication: Work with product development, engineering, and delivery teams to align solutions with product capabilities. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Provide client feedback to internal teams to support product improvement initiatives. Implementation Support: Oversee the deployment and integration of solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical challenges during implementation. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure timely and successful delivery. Training and Enablement: Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to maximize solution adoption. Develop documentation, user guides, and best practice resources to support end-users. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Measure the success of implemented solutions and recommend optimization strategies. Analyze performance data to ensure solutions deliver expected value and ROI. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in solution consulting, technical pre-sales, or a similar role. Proficiency in solution design, product configuration, and integration techniques. Certifications: Certifications related to the industry, products, or technologies (e.g., ITIL, AWS, Salesforce) are advantageous. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in technical tools, software, and platforms relevant to the organization's offerings.
