Financial Assistant This role plays a pivotal part in the Hotel Finance department, handling various tasks from ordering and quotations to confirmation and file requests. Key Responsibilities: - Receive purchase requisitions from departments - Review quotations and track purchase orders - Conduct pre-set purchase orders (Market List, etc.) - Monitor daily reports on receipt of goods - Report discrepancies between delivered and required goods - Keep updated folders for providers and alternative quotes - Maintain warehouse inventory for Beverage and The Bars - Petty Cash Management The Ideal Candidate: - Complete degree or studying in related fields - Basic English proficiency - Basic accounting knowledge - Able to analyze and manage multiple tasks - Quick problem-solving skills - Sense of organization and planning - Effective written and verbal communication - Teamwork and interpersonal skills - Proficient in computer science, including Excel and Word - Proactive approach to meet deadlines About the Role: This Financial Assistant will be responsible for supporting the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
