**Show the world what you can do.** **In this role you will**: - Responsible for translating graphic designs delivered in composition documents into standard compliant HTML and CSS - Work closely with Creative, Business, Technology and QA teams to ensure quality and punctual web development - Translate graphical designs and wireframes into fully styled markup code - Implement technical solutions following the Capability’s best practices - Provide feedback on policies and procedures when an opportunity for improvement exists - Proactively provide coaching and support to other members of the in fulfill their tasks and improvement their performance and overall technical skills - Ensure concise and clear documentation is maintained by all peers for the projects as dictated by each Capability’s guidelines and best practices - Debug or troubleshoots complex or critical issues that cannot be handled by junior positions, and provides root cause analysis **What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude,** **You should have**: - Advanced English Knowledge (B2+ reading, writing, and conversation) - At least 2 years of experience working with Front-End technologies - Strong working experience with JavaScript library (**React**, Angular, Bootstrap) - Working experience with NextJS, Tailwind CSS and Material - Knowledge of Cross-browser and Responsive development - Understanding of recent development practices (Mobile First, MVC, Object Oriented development) - Work experience with popular JavaScript frameworks and cross-browser compatibility - Proficiency using design tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator - Work experience integrating with backend platforms such as PHP - Work experience working with Content Management Systems such as (AEM, Sitecore, TeamSite) - Understanding of web design patterns (e.g., model-view-controller, observer, etc.) and modern web design practices (eg.
