We’re looking for a MacOS Engineer (Jamf MDM) to join our team! Requirements: Experience with MacOS engineering at Level 1/2/3 support. Proficiency in the Jamf MDM system for device management. Solid skills in: MacOS package creation and maintenance . Troubleshooting and support across different support levels (L1/L2/L3). Scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation and configuration. Familiarity with: Apple ecosystem tools and best practices. Deployment strategies and enterprise Mac administration. Strong documentation skills to maintain: Existing Jamf designs . Operational runbooks for smooth handover to support teams. Ability to work independently and collaborate across technical and operational teams. Advanced English (Proficient or higher). Responsibilities: Manage and support Jamf MDM solutions to ensure optimal performance and compliance. Package and deploy MacOS applications and updates across enterprise environments. Maintain detailed documentation of current Jamf configurations and processes. Create and update operational documentation for handover to support and operations teams. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across MacOS environments at L1/L2/L3 levels. Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams to align Jamf deployments with organizational standards. Proactively suggest improvements to enhance MacOS user experience and system performance. Job Details: Job Location: Hybrid, Bogotá - Colombia.
