Result of Service The consultancy consists of the following outputs being these non-limitative: - Monthly activity reports This deliverable must be presented in PDF and Word format, up to 5 pages. Work Location Bogota, Colombia Expected duration 4-month contract **Responsibilities**: a.) Information and validation: - The consultant will be responsible for keeping the HUB Coordinator informed and having to obtain validation of his/her activities in the full project cycle. b.) Development: - Provide specialized technical advice during the formulation and implementation of actions of the different projects implemented in the HUB Andean Countries. - Lead the engagement with stakeholders related with the action of UN-Habitat and different projects implemented in the HUB Andean Countries. - Consolidate new alliances with territorial stakeholders, such as national, local, and regional governments, private sector, academia, multilateral banking, United Nation programs and agencies, NGOs, among others, towards the achievement different projects implemented in the HUB Andean Countries. - Lead the dialogues and articulations with relevant stakeholders regarding collaborations and initiatives according to promote the consolidation of inclusive cities and according to the mission of UN-Habitat. - Represent UN-Habitat as needed in dialogues and exchanges with stakeholders such as na-tional, local, and regional governments, private sector, academia, multilateral banking, Unit-ed Nation programs and agencies, NGOs, among others. - Manage the relations with beneficiary local and national governments and promote the ap-propriation of the information, tools, and recommendations provided by the different pro-jects implemented in the HUB Andean Countries. - Manage relations with beneficiary local and national governments and promote their active participation in the project´s activities. - Implement technical activities to promote the sustainability and growth of the regional stakeholders network consolidated by UN-Habitat. - Support other activities requested and by mutual agreement with the Project Coordinator and the UN-Habitat HUB Coordinator for Andean countries, within the framework of this consultancy and without prejudice to the achievement of their responsibilities. - Synthesis of information for the preparation of high-level technical documents. - Development of technical proposals, including socialization and discussion with different counterparts at different territorial scales. - Follow-up of the methodological and technical processes being developed by the Andean Countries HUB. - Evaluation and review of technical documents prepared by the different consultants of the HUB Andean Countries. c.) Approval: - Support the Hub Coordinator in the development of inputs for conceptual notes, project documents, implementation plans and budgets, and in general all the documentation nec-essary for internal approval of projects, following the provisions of the various manuals of procedures, internal regulations, and regular channels established by the Agency. d.) Implementation: - Support the identification of project opportunities found in the UN-Habitat Cooperation Framework in the territory. - When it is necessary to provide accompaniment to the UN-Habitat Coordinator and/or team in the establishment of communication with counterparties. - Provide inputs for the development of technical and economic proposals related to the formulation of new projects, as well as the implementation of existing ones, specifically with the drafting of conceptual notes, project documents, implementation plans, budgets, terms of reference, memorandums of understanding, agreements and other cooperation mechanisms defined by the UN-Habitat Coordinator. - Participate in interagency groups of the United Nations System, project meetings, official missions and/or events related to the projects in which you participate. - Support other activities requested and by mutual agreement with the Project Coordinator and the UN-Habitat HUB Coordinator for Andean countries, within the framework of this consultancy and without prejudice to the achievement of their responsibilities. e.) Knowledge Management: - The consultant must know the processes, procedures, and standards of the organization, to ensure an adequate quality of the activities described above according to the standards of the organization. - Propose formats and procedures that allow the efficient implementation of the Agency's projects. - The consultant must know the file system of the projects and ensure their proper maintenance, accessibility for all officials and the proper updating. - Support the formulation of substantive documents linked to the thematic lines of action of UN-Habitat, Andean countries Hub. - Prepare reports and other documents related to meetings, missions and activities developed by the Andean countries Hub UN-Habitat Office. - The consultant will carry out
