Job Summary: This is a creator-facing, social-first role designed for someone who thrives in digital communities, builds strong relationships with influencers, and knows how to grow brand presence in dynamic online spaces. You’ll manage social media posting and engagement, drive interactions on Telegram , and collaborate closely with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors —all while bringing fun, creativity, and connection to the Instafans community. This role is perfect for an aspiring creator in the LATAM region who wants to be at the centre of the creator economy, grow their own brand, and help others thrive. Key Responsibilities: Community Engagement: Own and grow the Telegram community , engaging daily with creators and fans. Manage social media posting and interaction across Instagram, Twitter, TikTok , and more. Be a visible, approachable, and energising presence—online and in creator-facing events. Identify and manage brand ambassadors, influencers , and micro-creators. Collaborate with Product Owners and CMO to align campaigns with platform and business goals. Support the end-to-end process of creator collabs—from briefing and content to reporting and feedback. Creator Onboarding & Support: Host live chats, webinars, onboarding events , and other interactive sessions to help new creators succeed. Support educational content (e.g., courses, tips, success stories) in collaboration with the content team. Build relationships with key creators, helping improve retention, satisfaction, and referrals. Find new online communities and platforms to connect with creators and fans. Work with the Growth Team to activate referral programs, partnerships, and outreach campaigns. Social Content & Reporting: Help shape and publish content across Instafans’ channels, with light support to other products. Monitor, report, and optimise based on KPIs and OKRs tied to engagement, growth, and reach. Skills & Experience Required: 2–4+ years in social media, influencer marketing, or digital community management —preferably in the creator economy. Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish . Energetic, confident, and comfortable on camera for webinars, stories, or creator interactions. Knowledge of platforms like OnlyFans, Patreon, Fanvue , or similar is a strong plus. Familiar with Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, and digital content strategies. Creative thinker who can turn ideas into action and content into conversation. A people person—great at building rapport, fostering loyalty, and energising online groups.
