Job Description The Product Marketing Specialist role will be responsible for working on various Product projects for Live Casino, focusing on key initiatives such as Dream Creator Support, Product Demonstrations, Jackpots Collaboration, Exclusive Management, Customer & KAM Support, Streamer Collaboration, and Promotions Team Support. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the execution and coordination of initiatives within the Dream Creator program. - Deliver product demos to Key Account Managers (KAMs) and customers, ensuring clarity and engagement. - Act as a liaison between KAMs, compliance teams, integration teams, and customers to facilitate smooth jackpot operations. - Oversee the handling and coordination of regional exclusives, ensuring they meet strategic goals. - Address customer and KAM requests, manage product configurations, and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction. - Work with streamers to align content with business goals and manage payments efficiently. - Support project tasks to ensure successful implementation and outcomes. - Suggest and recommend engaging content for various campaigns to drive customer interest and retention.
