We are seeking an SDR for the US market with strong commercial skills to join our regional B2B Business Development team as a Scheduling Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients/companies. You should have the ability to identify clear sales opportunities and know how to coordinate effective pre-sales appointments between our sales executives and company managers or other decision-makers. This involves reaching the right prospects and having excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: - Manage cold outreach and cross-selling to high-profile corporate companies. - Establish assertive communication with prospective clients through phone calls, email strategies, business letters, text messages, and social media to schedule the highest number of effective appointments. - Follow up on meetings, interviews, and contacts to successfully close as many sales as possible. - Record notes in the CRM reflecting all communications with clients/prospects. Requirements: - English level: B2 or C1. - Experience: At least 6 months prospecting B2B clients/companies in the US or Canadian markets and 1 year prospecting B2B clients/companies in any other market. - At least 1 year of experience in sales, setting appointments, and cold-calling medium to large companies. - Experience using digital prospecting tools for cold outreach and engaging B2B clients from scratch. - Proficiency with CRM tools and scheduling meetings. - Experience selling intangible products.
