LI-Hybrid Team Overview: As a KA in the Groceries Business, you will be responsible for spearheading growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing longterm partnerships with key grocery retailers in the colombian market. Your mission will be to expand our footprint within the grocery sector signing long term colaboration in a win win strategy with the top 10 supermarkets in Colombia. After signing, the mission is to put them online with the best possible quality to generate incremental orders. Always taking care of the quality kpis and perception of users. Role Responsibilities: - Conducting recurring acquisition meetings (via video call or in person). - Achieving the monthly target of signed brands. - Developing a plan for the launch of signed brands. - Ensuring that all internal and external teams meet their commitments on time. - Once the brand is live, overseeing the KPIs for quality and promotions to meet the monthly order target. Role Qualifications: - Years of Experience: +5 years. - Soft Skills: effective communication, negotiation and persuasion, build extraordinary relations, problem solving, time management, adaptability, team work, leadership, cutomer oriented, ability to make effective presentations. - Hard Skills: Ideally knowledge of the industry and key decision makers in supermarkets (senior level), data analisis skills to create and present recurrent reports, contract management, proyect management, financial skills, recursive and creative. - Educational Background: Bussines, Fintech, supermarkets.
