**Join our Team**: About this opportunity: We are looking for a Head of NMS Build for the Customer Unit LATAM North & Caribbean who will report to the Head of Networks & Managed Services CU LATAM North & Caribbean and will have a dotted line reporting relationship to the Head of Build MELA. This role will act as the service delivery leader for the entire Network Rollout portfolio in the CU LATAM North & Caribbean, empowering our people, leading the market, and driving customer success to contribute to the overall success of CU LATAM North & Caribbean, MELA and Group Objectives. What you will do: Define the best delivery strategy aligned with cost model expected from our projects, including local, global, and external resources. Promote the adherence and utilization of global tools (Intelligent Deployment) and solutions such as modular services. Accountable by Vendor Management in CU LATAM North & Caribbean, leading resources with this expertise to guarantee a smooth execution of activities performed by ASPs and ARPs. Develop and implement Governance Model related to Network Roll-Out portfolio in CU LATAM North & Caribbean, including OKRs, forecast of activities and support needed. Define and execute competence development strategy related to Network Roll-out portfolio in CU LATAM North & Caribbean to secure capability across all areas of the Domain Build along with closing critical competence gaps. Partner with account teams in CU LATAM North & Caribbean to facilitate and support strategic customer dialogues on execution and improvement topics spanning pre-sales, products, delivery, support, and operations, aiming to nurture upsell opportunities and establish a trusted advisory partner position. Review operational processes to assess activities, responsibilities, deliverable to strive for operational excellence and full compliance to operational guidelines and compliance policies. Ensure the effective implementation of the Environment and Occupational Health and Safety (EHS) strategy in CU LATAM North & Caribbean, including fulfillment of legal local requirements. The skills you bring: Proven experience in Network Roll Out Effective Leadership in Matrix environment with large geographical spread Strong Service Delivery experience 7+ years in leadership positions 7+ years’ experience as Service Delivery, KAM, or Pre-sales and / or Techno Commercial experience 10 years of experience from Telecom Network industry Strong personal track record and experience of sales and C-level engagements in Networks domain This position will be based in CU LATAM North & Caribbean. **Why join Ericsson?** At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
