This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing coaching, motivation, and accountability. Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities Supervise call center associates, including work and attendance monitoring, in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements. Coach team members regularly to meet performance metrics. Identify performance issues, develop improvement plans, and implement corrective actions, including termination if necessary. Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs and financial expectations. Communicate expectations and provide updates to employees. Handle escalated customer calls as needed. Conduct team meetings for communication and input. Stay current on internal policies and procedures; attend management training. Promote company values through behavior and attitude. Candidate Profile Associate's degree in a related field preferred, with 2-4 years relevant experience. Motivated, with coaching and team development skills. Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Willing to work flexible schedules. Career Level & Responsibilities Receives task-oriented assignments, supervises subordinates, and manages daily activities of support or technical teams. Drives team performance through coaching and feedback, handles escalated issues, and manages employment status of associates.
