We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our technological endeavors. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to inspire a team. About the Role The IT Senior Director is responsible for directing the company's technological initiatives, ensuring compliance with regional and local guidelines. Key responsibilities include planning, administering, and executing infrastructure, telecommunications, and services projects. Main Accountabilities • Ensure technology policies, standards, and procedures are implemented and enforced, providing clear guidelines for system operation, programming, and design. • Review and prioritize new system implementations, approving technology projects and allocating resources efficiently. • Maintain open communication with management on technology developments and provide regular project progress updates. • Automate and optimize company processes through cost-benefit analysis to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. • Manage the IT department budget, monitoring expenses to ensure efficient use of financial resources. • Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and adopt new technologies, organizing training programs for staff. • Participate in resolving critical IT problems and solve significant issues in the IT area. • Recognize and reward the achievements of the IT team, promoting motivation and commitment. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly desirable. • Minimum 8 years of experience as an IT Manager, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication in global business environments. • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in network infrastructure, server administration, virtualization, storage systems, and data center operations. • Proven track record in successfully managing IT projects from conception to completion. • Solid understanding of ITIL framework and best practices for IT service management. • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, VCP, or ITIL are highly valued. • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
