We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist , with experience in high-volume recruitment processes and a strategic mindset. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes : sourcing, screening, interviews and offers. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, employee referrals , and other creative methods. Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit. Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely data. Profile and assess candidates for a variety of roles. Support recruitment metrics analysis and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Promote the employer brand through social media and recruitment marketing strategies. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Requirements: Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition , in the BPO or outsourcing sector . Advanced English level (C1). Ability to manage multiple vacancies and hiring needs simultaneously. Proficiency in platforms such as LinkedIn, Computrabajo, and other job boards. Strong skills in screening, filtering, and interviewing qualified candidates. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent communication and collaboration with Hiring Managers.
