We are searching for a new Technical Product Manager! This candidate will work closely with Engineering, Presales, Marketing, and Sales teams to define and analyze product requirements and collaborate with in-country technical and product teams to ensure the creation of products and use cases/stories. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Product Development: - Develop product documentation such as technical requirements, commercial presentations, and use cases based on internal and external customers to create comprehensive product collateral. - Work with subsidiaries coordinating the product roadmap implementation impacting international operations. - Create and update homologation requirements to test new services with different platforms, providers, and vendors based on client requests. - Collaborate with product management peers in countries for Connectivity, Collaboration, Cloud, and Security solutions to define, implement, bundle, and manage a comprehensive as-a-Service strategy. - Work on BSS/OSS related activities for new and updates to existing services. Program Management: - Program evaluation: Review and analyze program objectives and requirements, identify internal stakeholders and require organizational support, understand the basic technical requirements, and identify potential stoppers in the implementation and solution workarounds. - Program Development: Communicate requirements, establish a baseline of shared objectives and expectations, define schedules and completion timeframes, and ensure proactive and timely customer communication. - Project Tracking: Supervise team members’ documentation and task completion to ensure accurate status, provide accurate Project Scopes and Meeting Minutes to all stakeholders, and provide feedback to internal organizations. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related subject area required. - +5 years of experience in a technical product management role for Telecom and IT in the International market. - Strong technical knowledge of IoT technologies and Communications solutions like Unified Communications, SIP Trunking, MS Teams, and Voice integration. - Good expertise in Cybersecurity solutions such as SASE, Managed Perimeter Security, MDRs, Vulnerability Assessment, and Penetration Testing. - Sound experience with connectivity and cloud technologies, such as SDWAN, Ethernet, MPLS, Internet, and Cloud Connect. - Experience with team building. - Excellent communication skills. - Outcome-driven with the ability to define concrete metrics to measure the success of product initiatives. - Fluency in English and Spanish.
