We’re seeking a tech-savvy, nearshore Support Analyst to join a remote team supporting Microsoft Teams conference rooms and Logitech AV equipment. This role is part of a long-term initiative to enhance support operations, a leading semiconductor company, by integrating nearshore talent. Responsibilities: - Remotely support AV/IT infrastructure including Microsoft Teams Rooms and Logitech smart devices. - Troubleshoot common hardware/software issues (e.g., blurry video, non-functioning speakers/mics). - Handle tickets and escalate complex issues as needed. - Perform basic remediation steps: firmware updates, device resets, software reboots, etc. - Maintain communication with on-site teams and internal AV engineers. - Occasionally travel to the US for short-term, project-based needs (e.g., large events or boardroom setups). Must-Have Qualifications: - Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms. - Familiarity with Logitech AV equipment: cameras, speakers, smart boards. - Solid understanding of remote troubleshooting practices. - Strong communication skills in English. - Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Central Time. - Willingness to travel to the US occasionally (passport and visa permitting).
