We are seeking a Key Accounts Engagement Manager to join our business development team. The role involves engaging with potential prospects, including enterprise-size, Fortune 100, and Fortune 500 companies, requiring direct interaction with top executives and decision-makers. The KAEM will drive the sales process, ensure the delivery of final sales, support sales standards, maintain positive client relationships, and foster account growth. Duties and Responsibilities Manage the sales process within the assigned team, building and monitoring sales strategies and execution. Take full responsibility for conversion rates and deal closure, evaluating and achieving sales goals. Identify and escalate sales risks; advise and implement risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate closely with N-iX leadership to execute company strategy and maximize opportunities. Oversee and participate in contract negotiations. Prepare sales materials, pitch to clients, understand key themes to close deals, and travel onsite if necessary. Participate in events and host potential clients at N-iX Colombia location. Qualifications 5-6+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, including direct communication, qualification, and needs assessment. Experience in IT outsourcing or professional services sales/business development. Master’s degree or higher; additional courses or international studies are a plus. Advanced English skills; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, methodologies, cooperation, and billing models. Expertise in customer needs analysis, deal qualification, and stakeholder relationship management. Ability to act independently to close deals. Experience working with enterprise sales, procurement, and legal teams. Strong negotiation skills, including contract and pricing discussions. High emotional intelligence, result-oriented, and excellent communication skills. Strong project and risk management abilities, with good time management and self-organization.
