Transportation Compliance Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Transportation Compliance Specialist. This role involves ensuring compliance with federal regulations, managing electronic consent requests, and maintaining accurate logs and reports for audits. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, compliance, or administrative support in transportation and possess strong analytical skills. Familiarity with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse platform is an asset, as well as proficiency with web-based platforms and internal tracking systems. Good English language skills, including B2+ level proficiency, are essential for this position. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, following the US calendar. Job Requirements - Conduct full and limited FMCSA Clearinghouse queries for CDL drivers. - Manage electronic consent requests and maintain proper documentation. - Track query statuses and follow up to ensure completion. - Maintain accurate logs and reports for compliance audits. - Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to ensure timely processing of drivers.
