Create unified customer profiles through data modeling and identity resolution. Troubleshoot syncing, automation, and integration issues across clouds. Ensure top-level data governance and security compliance (HIPAA, GxP, etc.). Stay ahead of the curve with new Salesforce features and data trends. Must-Have Skills: 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce Development (Data Cloud/CDP). Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools (Email Studio, Journey Builder). Salesforce Platform Developer I or Marketing Cloud Developer certification. Knowledge of ETL processes, SQL, SOQL, APEX, and cloud-based platforms. Experience working in complex corporate environments. Nice to Have: Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification.
