Job Summary A highly skilled Integration Analyst is needed to join a dynamic team, providing seamless integrations between shipping and logistics software and third-party applications. Main Responsibilities: - Develop and perform technical integrations between logistic platforms following established protocols. - Coordinate with the Product and Engineering teams to integrate third-party applications within our system, ensuring a seamless flow of data. - Translate third-party system mappings into our integration tools to support real-time data exchange. About You: - You will have advanced technical skills, a strong understanding of shipping and logistics, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively. - You will be able to administer integration tickets using Jira or other tools, to ensure technical clarity and SLA achievement. - You will elaborate effort estimations and tasks prioritization in an autonomous way. - You will document processes, decisions, and technical configurations with clarity. Requirements & Qualifications: - You will need advanced proficiency in reading and understanding API documentation. - You will need advanced technical troubleshooting skills via email with external partners. - You will need advanced proficiency with SQL. - You will need experience with SaaS cloud-based solutions. - You will need basic proficiency with JavaScript. - You will need experience with cloud platforms such as Postman. - You will need knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs. - You will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field. - You will need 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst for API integrations. - You will need experience with unit and integration testing. Secondary Skills: - You will have proficiency in writing and maintaining custom scripts for data transformations using languages such as Python or JavaScript. - You will have familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases. - You will have knowledge of industry standards or protocols for data exchange, such as EDI. - You will have experience in the shipping and logistics software market. Soft Skills: - You will have self-management and accountability skills, allowing you to work independently and adhere to schedules and committed deliverables without direct supervision. - You will have time management and estimation skills, daily task organization, effective prioritization, and accurate estimates in dynamic environments. - You will have clear technical communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively explain decisions, issues, and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. - You will have operational mindset skills, executing repetitive tasks consistently and rigorously while maintaining quality standards. - You will have independent problem-solving skills, taking initiative and resolving problems directly. - You will have discipline and schedule adaptability skills, working PST hours or having sufficient flexibility to align with the client's time zone and workflow.
