About the Job We are looking to hire a top-tier Product Manager to help continue our client's advancement as a leader in the fleet management and GPS telematics space. Job Description The ideal candidate will be strategic and hands-on, with a passion for all elements of product management. They will understand the market opportunity, interpret market requirements, and be well-versed in technology and development processes. The successful candidate will have industry experience managing asset tracking in one or more of the following industries: public sector, municipal/state fleets, utilities, first responders, construction, field services, trucking, or similar. Key responsibilities include: - Leverage industry expertise to foster continued leadership in GPS telematics and fleet management. - Drive future product strategies and implementations to deliver meaningful solutions to clients. - Work with the technology team to plan, execute, and deliver features on the product roadmap. - Provide exceptional service to clients by meeting their product needs and occasionally acting as an escalation point for product-related issues. - Develop deep knowledge of GPS tracking, vehicle telematics (OBDII, J1939, etc.), and wireless IoT hardware to create device configurations that provide actionable data specific to client needs. Requirements - C1/C2 English level. - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - 5 years of experience. - Industry experience managing asset tracking in one or more of the following industries: public sector, municipal/state fleets, utilities, first responders, construction, field services, trucking, or similar. - Experience managing software projects that improve existing solutions and/or integrate entirely new systems and vendors. - Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies. - Strong familiarity with enterprise asset management and mobile IoT hardware.
