Responsibilities and more: This vacancy is 100% On-site in: Colombia - Medellín, Barranquilla. Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting and lead generation. Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage with prospects. Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the company's value proposition. Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer and lead information. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies. Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Requirements Qualifications: Minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role or sales environments. Confidence, charisma, and empathy to build strong customer relationships.
