Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage VPN connections (site-to-site and client-to-site) to ensure secure remote and inter-site communication. - Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and access points. - Administer and monitor firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto) to enforce security policies and ensure perimeter protection. - Apply and update web filtering, application control, and threat prevention rules based on security standards. - Respond to network incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and documentation. - Plan, execute, and document infrastructure changes following established procedures. - Analyze alerts using monitoring tools and generate technical reports for internal stakeholders or compliance needs. - Collaborate with teams to maintain network performance and security across all environments. Your Profile: - A Technologist or professional in systems engineering, telecommunications, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in network infrastructure and security management. - Experience in firewall administration (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto), VPN configuration (site-to-site and client-to-site), and network access control. Required Skills: - Routers, switches, and access points (APs). - Experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, or other perimeter security appliances. - Site-to-site and client-to-site connections. - Implementation of web control policies, application control, and threat prevention. Desirable Knowledge: - Certifications in CISCO, Fortinet, or Palo Alto. - Basic familiarity with Linux, monitoring tools, or diagnostic systems.
