America Steel Trade Corporation is an international trading company, AST specializes in sourcing, exporting/importing, and distributing commodities to the North, Central, and South American Markets. Who are we looking for: A motivated and self-driven individual with significant communication and time management skills, and successful experience in full-cycle recruiting processes. Responsibilities: Recruitment by posting job ads on professional networks such as Indeed and LinkedIn, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring new hires complete all necessary paperwork. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, metrics, and dashboards as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements. Help plan and coordinate HR events, such as training sessions, employee recognition events, and team-building activities. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the manager. Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of HR experience. Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational analysis, employee relations, and performance management. Fluent in English and Spanish; Resourceful with strong analytical skills with the ability to think creatively to solve problems; Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization; Team-oriented and demonstrate the ability to work with cross-functional and international teams; Self-motivated, ability to multi-task, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, initiative, common sense, creativity, and flexibility are essential; Ability to meet deadlines; Fast learner and ability to absorb new information or skills; Can observe and respond to people and different situations as well as interact with all levels of the organization; Self-starter and proactive; Effective project and time management skills are necessary; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Nivel de antigüedad Intermedio #J-18808-Ljbffr
