This role requires a strong understanding of print and traditional design, combined with digital expertise, to support integrated marketing campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop visually appealing marketing materials, including: - Digital automation assets - Direct Mail and print materials (newsprints, flyers, automotive incentive work) - Resizing designs for POP items, outdoor signage, billboards - CRM emails and pitch deliverables - Ensure timely project delivery aligned with brand guidelines and client expectations - Support senior designers when needed (proofing, managing tasks) - Contribute to conceptual design work and creative ideation - Adhere to established workflows and use Workfront for documentation - Maintain compliance with automotive marketing regulations - Collaborate effectively with the creative team in a remote setup Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Graphic Design or related field - 2+ years in a graphic design role - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) - Experience with Adobe Experience Manager - Understanding of print processes and troubleshooting - Familiarity with digital file formats and design best practices - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Job Type: Full-time Language: - English (Required)
