HR Learning Specialist – Validated Learning Job Family Human Resources Job Summary Solves queries requiring specific HR knowledge and policy interpretation. Focuses on administrative and transactional tasks in the Learning HR functional area. All key tasks and responsibilities are delivered on the SSC scope level. Promotes efficient and effective delivery of training administration by resolving complex inquiries. Handles general inquiries, calls, and emails into the HR SSC, acting as the first filter. Takes ownership of resolving issues, providing guidance, and referring unresolved issues to relevant teams. Provides timely, accurate answers to complex learning-related queries from employees and managers. Maintains detailed knowledge of processes, policies, and trainings for the covered countries. Delivers country-specific training to the learning team. Shares information with relevant colleagues. Interprets policies and solves problems. Handles LMS processes, including maintaining programs and courses data. Manages data processes, reviews requests, and documentation. Logs all queries using the enquiry management tool. Provides process expertise and suggests improvements. Performs ad hoc reporting as needed. Supports training of new specialists. Projects / Initiatives / Programs Supports HR projects within the SSC, including trend analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Communicates policies and processes. Acts according to global process standards. Participates in cross-departmental teams and projects. Education Bachelor's degree required. Experience & Qualifications Fluent in English (B2), Portuguese (B2), and organizational language. HR experience, preferably in Learning and Development, SSC, or platform experience. Basic Requirements HR experience required. Knowledge of Learning Administration Processes. Beneficial Experience in HR Shared Service environments. Knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS. Experience in the Pharma Industry.
