Here’s what you can expect: - Competitive base with a strong, uncapped commission structure - Comprehensive benefits and wellness support - Flexible work model: hybrid, remote, or in-office - Real growth opportunities and leadership visibility - Inclusive, respectful culture that blends U.S. innovation with Colombian heart - A company that listens, invests in you, and celebrates wins together **About the role** **What you will do**: - Design, deploy, and manage VMware NSX solutions across virtualized and cloud-integrated environments. - Configure and maintain logical switching, routing, load balancing, and distributed firewall policies. - Implement micro-segmentation strategies to enhance security and control within the data center. - Collaborate with network, security, and virtualization teams to align NSX architecture with business requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to NSX networking, integration, and performance. - Maintain and optimize NSX components, including edge services, DFW, VPN, and load balancers. - Automate NSX configuration and deployments using tools such as PowerCLI, Python, or Ansible. - Document NSX architecture, design decisions, operational procedures, and network policies. **What you bring**: - Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - 4+ years of hands-on experience with VMware NSX (NSX-V and/or NSX-T). - Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 networking, VLANs, VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, NAT, and firewall concepts. - Experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and virtual infrastructure design and administration. - Proficiency in deploying and managing NSX Distributed Firewall, Service Composer, and Edge Gateways. - Familiarity with network security best practices and micro-segmentation architectures. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex virtual network environments. **Nice if you have**: - VMware certifications (e.g., VCP-NV, VCAP-NV, or VCIX-NV). - Experience integrating NSX with third-party security tools (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet). - Knowledge of SD-WAN, hybrid cloud connectivity, and multi-tenant environments. - Automation experience using PowerShell/PowerCLI, Python, or Terraform. - Exposure to container networking and NSX integration with Kubernetes/Tanzu. **Equal Opportunity Employer**: AspenView is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
