Strong leadership and partnering skills are mandatory. You'll also get to: - Support the execution around the strategy of our PTG Commercial team including portfolio analysis, new product development, and entry into new markets - Evaluate financial potential of New Product Development (NPD) programs using Return on Capital (ROC) models. Review key NPD metrics -IRR, NPV, and Payback - Submit Capital Request using Fixed Asset Request (FAR) System, and track progress. - Support BU Month End, Forecast, Operating and Strategic Plan Rhythms - Provide all necessary ad-hoc support and analysis as requested - Drive process improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function **Who You Are** You always strive to do a good job...but wouldn't it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
