You do not have to relocate to join us!** **What this job can offer you** - Be part of a team that processes in-house payroll, and payrolls through local payroll service providers. - Guarantees submission of payroll-related data to service providers, statutory filing requirements and payroll approvals. - Manages existing relationships with payroll, key stakeholders, onboarding, Finance, Tax, Life cycle teams. - Serve as a point of contact for customers to run their monthly payroll cycle. - Works on ensuring full data integrity. - Adhering to the all the deadlines, Ensure Payroll and Billing Accuracy. **What you bring** - Knowledge of payroll best practices. - Proficient in using software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet. - An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact. - Writes and speaks fluent English - It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus **Practicals** - **You'll report to**: Manager, Payroll Ops - **Team**: Payroll & Benefits - Global Payroll - **Location**: Anywhere - **Start date**: As soon as possible **Remote Compensation Philosophy** Remote's Total Rewards philosophy is to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate.
