Strong understanding of First Party Insurance Litigation . Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Your Key Contributions Provide courteous and professional customer service in person or over the phone. Strive to retain existing clients and develop new business opportunities through efficient service delivery. Update clients on the status of their claims or cases accurately and promptly. Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional demeanor. Resolve client complaints, concerns, and inquiries in a timely manner. Build trust and effective relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs. Collaborate closely with attorneys and supporting staff to ensure seamless service.
