Title and Summary Director, Product Manager, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) Overview Mastercard’s Services organization is a key growth engine, delivering innovative solutions that help our customers thrive. By integrating proprietary data, cutting-edge technology, expert insights, and strategic expertise, Services plays a critical role in driving Mastercard’s differentiation and business growth. The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Regional Director product lead for the Latin American and Caribbean region to oversee product solutions and P&L management for our CA&E Line of Business: Marketing Services. This role will be an expert on managing Marketing Services and be responsible for scaling the product across the region. The position requires a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, ensuring the product meets local market needs, and proactively enhancing and innovating the product line by collecting requirements for future development. The role will ensure the product meets local market needs, deliver the go-to-market strategy, and partner closely with commercialization teams to integrate the product into broader solutions to drive desired business outcomes. Collaboration with Regional and Global Product Leads, Services Business Sales Leads, and Account Managers is essential. Reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Services Product Management Lead, this individual will ensure products maximize funding pools and facilitate sales customer dynamics. Key Responsibilities Act as Product Owner for Marketing Services Bring global product to the region, including use cases Understand and fuel the global roadmap Track budget and forecasts Lead product localization and go-to-market strategies Manage studio processes, including pricing Engage in pilot programs Manage vendor/partner relationships Source offers in the market Act as Regional SME Understand the competitive landscape Map regional pain points and needs Conduct training and educational sessions for Account Managers and Sales teams Measure value and articulate impact All About You Fluent in English; Spanish highly desirable Proven experience in product, sales, or marketing client services with a track record of driving growth Expertise in Digital Marketing and Martech solutions Background mainly from Financial Institutions, Fintechs, high tech, IT industries, or digital marketing agencies, with experience in product, digital marketing, and strategic planning Strong business acumen and experience launching and scaling products in dynamic markets Consultative mindset with customer-centric approach Skilled in influencing teams and unifying sales stakeholders around strategic goals Experience developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement plans Recognized digital marketing SME capable of navigating complex deals and engaging with executive clients Deep understanding of consumer, industry, and market trends Creative problem-solving skills and ability to build team alignment Growth-oriented, adaptable, and thriving in fast-paced environments International and matrix organizational experience preferred Excellent networking, communication, storytelling, and results-oriented skills Ability to work across diverse teams and cultures High analytical skills and experience using data for lifecycle management decisions Education: Graduated from top universities in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics; postgraduate in Marketing, Technology, or related areas highly desirable Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks come with inherent risks.
