What You’ll Be Doing Be part of our client’s team as a Brand Program Coordinator and support a high-impact licensing and branding initiative. You’ll coordinate marketing assets, streamline workflows, and bring data-driven insights to life—without stepping outside your front door. The Role at a Glance Employment type: Indefinite term type contract Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Work setup: Work from home Your Day-to-Day Impact Program Support Support the Brand Licensing segment and facilitate Speedtest and RootMetrics licensing programs Coordinate with the Director, Global Brand Licensing Program and work within a global team Support Brand Program Managers with programmatic and fulfillment tasks across various client segments Prioritize multiple tasks independently to deliver business and customer impact Communicate across technical and non-technical teams across geographies Apply network performance data to help clients meet marketing goals Speedtest Awards and Claims Coordinate and support the client management lifecycle with the Brand Program Manager Manage client onboarding, asset delivery, collateral customization, websites, social media assets, substantiation documents, and reports using tools like Asana, JIRA, and Confluence Conduct pre-sales support through client research, presentation updates, and claim opportunity data research Coordinate timelines for asset delivery and client campaign launches Aggregate and report preliminary and final claims results per sales region using SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with sales and client services teams to address award and marketing-related inquiries Partner with the design team to fulfill and customize award assets Verify data on global internet service providers and mobile network operators Organize and streamline data flow for efficient delivery to customers and sales teams Maintain and archive client brand use cases for internal reference Requirements What You Bring to the Table At least 3 years of experience in project or account management Telecommunications industry background (mobile or fixed internet) Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus Familiarity with marketing campaign lifecycles and planning Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking Ability to drive and implement process improvements Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with MySQL and Tableau is a plus Knowledge of project management tools like Asana or JIRA Web publishing experience with data visualizations is a bonus Benefits What’s in It for You 5-day work week Laptop, mouse, and headset provided Indefinite term contract 5 extra vacation days (total of 20), with an option to monetize Direct client exposure Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment Prime office locations in Bogotá and Medellín Upskilling opportunities via Emapta Academy Prepaid medical coverage Your Future Team at Emapta Latam Join Emapta Latam and contribute to our legacy of transforming global outsourcing.
