Sr. Prototyping Architect, PACE, AWS Prototyping and Cloud Engineering Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for Solutions Architects with strong software engineering skills and a passion for architecting and developing solutions to demonstrate the art of the possible to customers. You will be part of an agile team of innovative practitioners focused on understanding customer needs and partnering with them to experiment with new ideas that can open new markets or radically change existing products/services. In this role, you will use your software development skills to develop prototypes using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, IoT, and Serverless Architectures. You will apply software engineering best practices to ensure prototypes provide a foundation for production solutions. Qualifications include: 8+ years in technology domains like software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, security, networking, or data & analytics. 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructure. 10+ years in IT development or consulting in software or Internet industries. 7+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience. Experience working with end-user or developer communities. Experience architecting solutions with Linux/Unix and Windows, including server, load balancing, high availability/disaster recovery, and storage architectures.
